مقایسه خواص شیمیایی، ساختاری و جذب سطحی کربن فعال تولید شده به روش فعال سازی فیزیکی از پوست سخت گردو و هسته هلو

چکیده

پسماند کشاورزی به دلیل در دسترس بودن و هزینه مناسب پیش ساز مناسبی برای تولید کربن فعال است. از این رو، پوست گردو و هسته ی هلو برای تولید کربن فعال به روش فعال سازی فیزیکی انتخاب شد. برای بررسی جذب تعادلی ناپیوسته این جاذب ها از متیلن بلو استفاده شد و داده های تعادلی به دست آمده به وسیله چهار مدل همدمای لانگمویر، فریوندلیچ، تمکین و دوبنین برازش گردید. ظرفیت جذب کربن فعال هلو حدود (mg/g) 16 بیشتر از کربن گردو بود. همچنین مقایسه ساختار حفرات این دو کربن فعال توسط تصاویر SEM و تکنیک آنالیز تصویر صورت گرفت. گروه های عاملی سطح، بی نظمی فازی و شیمی سطح نیز به وسیله آنالیز های FTIR و  XRDمطالعه گردید. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که کربن فعال هلو ساختاری نامنظم تر، توزیع اندازه حفرات یکنواخت تر، چگالی حفرات بیشتر و سختی مکانیکی بزرگتری دارد که دلایل برتری این نوع کربن فعال برای جذب به شمار می رود.
