پتانسیل کاربرد لیگنین سولفونات اصلاح شده به عنوان فاز ماتریس برای کنترل رهش کود اوره و پیش بینی الگوی رهش
هدف اصلی این تحقیق بررسی پتانسیل استفاده از لیگنین سولفونات اصلاح شده برای کنترل رهش کود اوره است. ابتدا لیگنین سولفونات بهروش ترسیب با هیدروکسید کلسیم از لیکور سیاه استخراج گردید. طیف FTIR این ماده حاکی از وجود تعداد بسیار زیادی گروه هیدروکسیل در ساختار این ماده است که نشان دهنده خاصیت انحلالپذیری بسیار بالایی آن در آب دارد. جهت کاهش انحلالپذیری این بایوپلیمر در آب، از اگزالیک اسید استفاده شد. لیگنین سولفونات استیله شده با اگزالیک اسید و اوره با نسبتهای وزنی مختلف، ذوب و بعد از اختلاط کامل، در قالبهایی کروی شکل ریخته شد تا گرانولهای کروی تولید گردید. در این تحقیق، برای نسبت وزنی برابر لیگنین سولفونات استیلهشده به اوره، زمان رهش اوره از حدود ۲ دقیقه به ۴۸ ساعت افزایش یافت. همچنین از یک مدل تحلیلی برای پیشگویی الگوی رهش استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که مدل توانسته است با دقت خوبیالگوی رهش را پیشگویی کند.

شبیهسازی سرندهای صنعتی دو طبقه بر پایه مدلسازی اجزای گسسته توسط نرم افزار PFC3D
سرندهای ارتعاشی دو طبقه صنعتی موزی شکل برای جداسازی جامد از جامد بر اساس اندازه ذرات استفاده میشوند. روش اجزای گسسته نوعی رویکرد عددیست که برهمکنشهای بین ذرات، بین ذرات و شبکه سرند و حرکت آنها را میتواند محاسبه نماید. در این مقاله، نتایج شبیهسازی طبقهبندی ذرات در یک سرند موزی شکل پنج صفحهای با روش اجزای گسسته و در محیط نرمافزار PFC3D ارایه میشود. شبیه سازیهای اجزای گسسته با هدف بررسی تأثیر شرایط عملیاتی و طراحی سرند بر روی عملکرد طبقهبندی انجام شد. به منظور اعتبارسنجی، نتایج پیشبینیها در این پژوهش با نتایج گزارش شده قبلی در منابع مقایسه شدند. میانگین خطای نسبی منحنی توزیع برای محصولات روسرندی، میانی و زیرسرندی به ترتیب ۳۸٫۶، ۱۶٫۹ و ۱۲٫۸ درصد به دست آمد. با توجه به تطابق کلی روند منحنیهای توزیع در مطالعه جدید و قبلی و میزان و منشاء خطای پیشبینیها، صحت شبیهسازی در این پژوهش قابل قبول ارزیابی میشود.

مطالعه تجربی تعداد و ارتفاع واحد انتقال در بستر آکنده دوار و بستر پر شده معمولی
میزان ابعاد بهینه بسترهای پر شده به شدت تحت تاثیر تعداد و ارتفاع واحد انتقالاست. با توجه به ضعفهای موجود در بررسی دو کمیت فوق در بسترهای آکنده دوار، در این مطالعه با بهرهگیری از سیستمهای مختلف از جمله CO2-MDEA، CO2-MEA، CO2-AMP، CO2-PZ، CO2-NaOH و همچنین جذب ترکیبات آلی فرار نظیر ایزوپروپیل الکل، استن، اتیل استات، متانول، ایزو بوتانول و اتانول، ارتفاع و تعداد واحد انتقال در بستر پرشده معمولی و بستر آکنده دوار بررسی شد. در این راستا، نوع آکنه مورد استفاده، ابعاد فیزیکی بخش پر شده و نوع تماس دو جریان به عنوان پارامترهای موثر مورد ارزیابی در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج بدست آمده، بر خلاف تصور مرسوم، به وضوح حاکی از تابعیت قوی ابعاد بهینه سیستم از پارامترهای مورد بررسی بود. همچنین، مقایسه نتایج اندازهگیری شده از این دو سیستم عملکرد مطلوبتر بستر آکنده دوار نسبت به بسترهای آکنده معمولی (در کاهش ابعاد سیستم و ارائه بازدهی بالاتر) را نشان داد.

بررسی تصفیه فتوکاتالیستی پساب اسپنت کاستیک صنایع پتروشیمی با استفاده از روشهای طراحی آزمایش و شبکه عصبی مصنوعی
در این مطالعه، از روش فتوکاتالیستی برای تصفیه پساب اسپنت کاستیک واحدهای الفین صنایع پتروشیمی که یکی از پسابهای صنعتی با (TDS)بالاست، استفاده شده است. برای این منظور با استفاده از فتوکاتالیست تجاری اکسید روی به کار گرفته شده در یک فتوراکتور دوجداره و اندازهگیری پارامتر اکسیژن مورد نیاز شیمیایی (COD)، درصد کاهش این پارامتر در فرآیند فتوکاتالیستی به کمک روش طراحی آزمایش باکس- بنکن و شبکه عصبی مصنوعی، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. با توجه به محاسبات صورت گرفته میتوان نتیجه گرفت که شبکه عصبی مصنوعی، روش مناسبتری نسبت به طراحی آزمایش در مدلسازی و پیشبینی مقدار حذف COD بوده است. این نتایج نشان داد که افزایش غلظت فتوکاتالیست در حالت pH خنثی، تا مقدار بهینه 8/1 گرم بر لیتر در شرایط بدون محدودیت و 2 گرم بر لیتر در شرایط با محدودیت، موجب افزایش حذف COD به ترتیب به میزان 79 و 68 درصد گردید.

استخراج مرحلهای مواد ارگانیک از خاک مرداب ها توسط حلال های آلی
یکی از روشهای بررسی و تعیین اجزای سازنده حل شونده از مخلوطهای پیچیده در حلالهای مختلف، روش استخراج مرحلهای است که در آن با استفاده از چند مرحله استخراج با حلالهای مختلف نوع مواد و نقش برهمکنش آنها با حلالهای آلی بررسی میشود. در این پژوهش به منظور بررسی اجزای سازنده نمونه خاک غنی از مواد آلی از مرداب جنگلی سوته در جنگل های استان گلستان، از روش استخراج مرحلهای با 4 نوع حلال آلی شامل دی اتیل اتر، اتانول، دی اکسان و هگزان استفاده شد. به این منظور نمونه خاک در هر مرحله با یکی از چهار حلال فوقالذکر شستشو داده شد و پس از جداسازی، به منظور بررسی مواد استخراج شده در هر مرحله از روش طیف سنجی مادن قرمز (FTIR) استفاده شد. پس از هر مرحله استخراج گروههای عاملی آلی استخراج شده بر حسب پیکهای بدست آمده در طیف سنجی مادن قرمز (FTIR) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته و تعیین شدند. در نتیجه این بررسی مشخص شد که برخی از ترکیبات مانند لیگنیت، چربیها، واکسها، لیپیدها در خاک مرداب و کربوهیدراتها و فنلهای ناشی از مواد ارگانیک در محیطهای آبی در همه حلالها حل شدهاند و این در حالی است که ترکیباتی مانند رسها، آلدئیدها، استرها، هیومیک اسید، پروتئینها، پلی ساکاریدها و سلولزها در برخی از فازهای خاص حضور دارند.

امکانسنجی استفاده از روش آگلومراسیون در لیچینگ توده ای کانسنگ اکسیده ی مس با استفاده از ترکیبات پلیمری
مهمترین عامل کاهش نفوذپذیری در لیچینگ تودهای، حضور نرمهها است که به دلیل حرکت با عامل لیچینگ در مناطقی تجمع میکنند و سبب ایجاد زونهای مرده و جریانهای کانالی در توده میشوند. به همین دلیل در معدن مس چاهموسی کانسنگ در ابعاد 0-2 میلیمتر با عیار مس 34/1درصد قبل از بارگذاری توده بدوناستفاده جدا میشود. در این تحقیق بهمنظور استفاده از بخش 0-2 میلیمتر از روش آگلومراسیون با استفاده از ترکیبهای معدنی (سیلیکاتسدیم و سولفاتکلسیم) و ترکیبهای پلیمری خنثی، کاتیونی و آنیونی استفاده شد. قدرت پیوندهای اتصالی بین ذرات از طریق پارامتر درصد عبور ذرات ریز در آزمایش سوک بررسی شد. بر اساس نتایج، بیشترین قدرت پیوندهای اتصالی در آگلومرههای تولیدی با استفاده از ترکیبات خنثی با کمترین مقدار عبور ذرات ریز (89/3 %) به دست آمد. دلیل افزایش قدرت پیوندهای اتصالی با استفاده از ترکیبات خنثی، بیشتر بودن تاثیر نیروی پیوند هیدروژنی در کنار نیروهای واندروالسی شناخته شد.

مقایسه خواص شیمیایی، ساختاری و جذب سطحی کربن فعال تولید شده به روش فعال سازی فیزیکی از پوست سخت گردو و هسته هلو
پسماند کشاورزی به دلیل در دسترس بودن و هزینه مناسب پیش ساز مناسبی برای تولید کربن فعال است. از این رو، پوست گردو و هسته ی هلو برای تولید کربن فعال به روش فعال سازی فیزیکی انتخاب شد. برای بررسی جذب تعادلی ناپیوسته این جاذب ها از متیلن بلو استفاده شد و داده های تعادلی به دست آمده به وسیله چهار مدل همدمای لانگمویر، فریوندلیچ، تمکین و دوبنین برازش گردید. ظرفیت جذب کربن فعال هلو حدود (mg/g) 16 بیشتر از کربن گردو بود. همچنین مقایسه ساختار حفرات این دو کربن فعال توسط تصاویر SEM و تکنیک آنالیز تصویر صورت گرفت. گروه های عاملی سطح، بی نظمی فازی و شیمی سطح نیز به وسیله آنالیز های FTIR و XRDمطالعه گردید. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که کربن فعال هلو ساختاری نامنظم تر، توزیع اندازه حفرات یکنواخت تر، چگالی حفرات بیشتر و سختی مکانیکی بزرگتری دارد که دلایل برتری این نوع کربن فعال برای جذب به شمار می رود.

در این مقاله مدلسازی ریاضی دفع دی اکسید کربن از مخلوط گازی نیتروژن و دی اکسید کربن در حضور آمین ها در یک تماس دهنده غشایی الیاف تو خالی پلی پروپیلن بررسی می شود. مدلسازی در هر دو جهت شعاعی و محوری بر مبنای حالت کاملاً مرطوب برای جریان غیرهمسوی گاز-مایع مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد. برای ارزیابی مدل، نتایج حاصل از این مدلسازی با دادههای تجربی و نتایج حاصل از نرم افزار COMSOL با یکدیگر مقایسه می شوند. نتایج نشان می دهد که درصد دفع CO2با افزایش دبی جریان مایع، تعداد الیاف ها، طول غشا، غلظت حلال و نسبت تخلخل به انحنا افزایش مییابد، ولی با افزایش دبی جریان گاز کاهش می یابد. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که درصد دفع CO2به وسیله این غشا بیشتر ازغشای پلی وینیلیدن دی فلورایدو پلی تترافلورو اتیلن در حضور منواتانول آمین است. نهایتا، نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش خیس شدگی میزان جداسازی این گاز کاهش می یابد.
